Elizabeth “Liz” Friedenstein was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and graduated from Santa Fe High School. Mrs. Friedenstein earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Mexico before attending the Oklahoma City School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Business Law in 2010.
Liz has practiced since 2010 throughout New Mexico in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, business, and creditor’s rights. She has extensive experience with depositions, mediations, compliance with state and federal rules, regulations and statutes, curing title defects or issues through claims and litigation, mobile home curative, and homeowner association claims. She has experience representing individuals, homeowner’s associations, small businesses, and national lenders. Liz is licensed in the State of New Mexico, State of Oklahoma, United States District and Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In addition to her experience as an attorney, Liz has served as Executive Director of the New Mexico Land Title Association and Board Chair of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. Liz is currently on the Board of Directors and currently serves as Vice President of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association.
